At Sisters Sports, we create welcoming spaces where women can stay active, have fun, and connect through movement.

From badminton and rounders to padel and pilates, our sessions are designed for all abilities and fitness levels.

Whether you’re trying a new sport for the first time or already love being active, the focus is on enjoyment, sisterhood, and community.
